Cedarview Terrace is a five-story, 100-unit multi-family development where we handled the full scope of railing and metalwork. Our crew installed railings on every balcony and first-floor patio, individual window railings across all five stories, plus landscape railings and full property fencing — tying the entire exterior together from the ground up.

How we delivered it
Like every Fusion project, this one ran through our full in-house process: estimating from the plans and specs, engineering by a licensed structural engineer with field measurements and shop drawings, in-house fabrication to the approved drawings, and installation by our own crew — with one point of contact managing the project from estimate through final walkthrough.
