Surfside Crossing is a newly built, four-story residential community featuring 53 modern apartment homes with private balconies, an elevated outdoor deck, and clean, contemporary coastal architecture just minutes from the shore. Our team provided the aluminum railing and metalwork package for the project, from balcony railings to the building’s outdoor common areas — finished to match the development’s clean-lined, modern design.

How we delivered it
Like every Fusion project, this one ran through our full in-house process: estimating from the plans and specs, engineering by a licensed structural engineer with field measurements and shop drawings, in-house fabrication to the approved drawings, and installation by our own crew — with one point of contact managing the project from estimate through final walkthrough.
