Fusion Welding & Fabrication FL is a working fabrication shop in Hollywood, FL. Fabrication is handled in house for every project, with each run welded to spec according to the approved shop drawings. That in-house capability is what lets us take on work outside the usual railing scope — and it’s why our railings fit the first time.

We work closely with architects, designers, developers, and owners to bring one-off metalwork and custom pieces to life. The best projects start with a conversation about what you’re trying to achieve; from there we help figure out how to get there together.

How a custom project works

• Conversation and scope. Tell us what you need, share sketches, plans, or CAD files, and we’ll talk through options and budget.
• Engineering and drawings. Where structural performance matters, the work is engineered by a licensed structural engineer, and shop drawings are prepared and approved before fabrication begins.
• Fabrication. Built in our shop to the approved drawings.
• Installation. Installed by our own crew, so one team stands behind the work.

Why in-house fabrication matters

When the company that measures the job is the same company that builds and installs the parts, details don’t get lost between hand-offs. Field measurements taken early in the process mean every piece is fabricated to fit your job exactly, and if something needs to change on site, the people who welded it are the people who adjust it. That’s the difference between a fabricator and a reseller — and it’s why there’s never confusion about who stands behind the work.
